How early does the driver arrive for an airport pickup?
Our chauffeurs aim to arrive at Mohammed V Airport (CMN) at least fifteen minutes before your flight is scheduled to land. We track your flight in real time and adjust automatically if it is rescheduled.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
We watch your flight from the moment you give us the flight number. If it is delayed, we wait. There is no extra charge for waiting time on airport pickups when the delay is reported by the airline.

Which airports and cities do you serve?
Our base is Casablanca and we serve Mohammed V Airport (CMN). We also run scheduled transfers to Rabat, Marrakech, Fes, El Jadida, Tangier and other Moroccan cities. For a route not listed on the Services page, contact us for a quote.

What payment methods are accepted?
Cash on arrival in Moroccan dirham (MAD) is always available. Bank transfer is available for corporate accounts and trips booked in advance. Online card payments will be added once our payment gateway integration is complete.

Can I request a child seat?
Yes. Child seats are available on request at no extra charge. Please mention your child age and seat type in the booking notes so we can fit the right seat.

How do I change or cancel a booking?
Reply to your booking confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp. Cancellations made at least twenty-four hours before pickup are free; for changes inside that window we will do our best to accommodate.

Do your drivers speak English or French?
All our chauffeurs speak professional English and French. If you have a specific language preference, mention it when you book and we will assign the matching driver where possible.
